Great customer service. Jeff was very good at meeting our needs. He was constantly working to ensure we were happy with his service and that we were happy with the installation. Dave installed our windows. He is very experienced and very good. He worked quickly and the windows look awesome. Travis installed our siding. That dude is a work horse. I expected the siding to take awhile to install. Not with Travis. He was done with everything in 6 days. The quality of the install is great. The final product looks awesome. We are extremely pleased with the look of our house.

They did an estimate for replacing all windows and sliding door. They were willing to do the full estimate and then do the work in phases. So far, I have replace two sets of windows on the front of my house and plan on doing more this summer. The installation was great.

Not happy. Supposed to come out today between 9-10am to install a new double casement window; Dave called at 930 and asked if today was the day they were supposed to install...then rescheduled until tomorrow because his installer didn't finish a previous job from last Friday. We took off of work for this. I'll update this review pending the outcome of the job and how they work with us.

I was impressed by the craftsmen they sent. I was happy with the salesman too. Highly recommend!!!!!!

We had new windows and a new front door installed in our home. Mid America Exteriors, sales rep Gary, was extremely professional and extremely patient with me as I threw a few changes his way. He met all my demands (i.e. Certificate of Insurance, Release of Waiver from both the company and the subs, etc.). The workers were very efficient and focused on the job at hand which resulted in a beautiful and clean installation. The owner came by a couple of times to see how things were going. I was extremely satisfied with the quality of the product and the workmanship....and I'm VERY picky!!!! I highly recommend this company. Their quote was very reasonable. The entire project flowed smoothly. I will be calling on them again for siding and other work that I need done. The guys who sided our home did a great job and were very friendly. I'm very pleased with the work they did. I believe they deserve recognition for a job well done and I would recommend them to anyone.

I just wanted to tell MAE how happy I am with my "new house". I bought new triple-panned windows,vinyl siding,trim and new guttering.I don't make decisions quickly, and I am glad I decided on MAE. Their installers were very professional and did a great job cleaning up at the end of each day. I could not be more pleased with the end results. I would recommend them highly to anyone needing a face-lift on their home.
