Stellar! Highly recommend this business (particularly the location on Douglas, as Mid America has 2 locations). Ollie did Sales - He was knowledgeable, provided me with the info I needed, he did research on site and didn't dry to up-sale me on things I did not need/want. Ollie & Lazaro provided the delivery and install service, which was fast, affordable and professional. Top notch - thanks a bunch guys!

I had purchased my refrigerator from mid america, boy i should have researched them before i made the purchase. To begin with i had scheduled my refigerator to have been delivered on a thursday at 1:30 pm. Well that didnt happen, i had recieved a call from the deliveryguy that the truck had broken down and that they couldnt deliver it untill monday. Keep in mind that i had just bought my first home and i have no other refrigerator. Thursday passed i got frustrated and called the other mid america, on 31st street south, to see if they could pick up my refrigerator from the mid america in the delano district and that id pay them to do it for me so they told me that they would call to the one in delano. Later that day i got a call from the mid america where i had purchased my refrigerator at and they said they were able to deliver it on saturday morning at 9:30 am. Saturday morning got there and i get a call saying "its going to be another hour." Another hour and another hour untill it was finally delivered after 12 pm. My fiance had to help them disassemble the refrigerator because the delivery guys didnt have the right tools to begin with. It took them close to two hours to deassemble, assemble and get it installed. My fiance and.i had to buy an adapter to get our waterline to the refrigerator. By saturday night all my food was starting to freeze, the refrigerator was at the recomended temperture so i raised it to as far it would let me, sunday morning ALL my food is frozen, i couldnt call them since they aren't open on sundays. Monday firdt thing i do is call them, i dont get a tech out untill tuesday. A part needs to be replaced and it has to be ordered. I have been waiting for that part for 2 weeks already and its still not here, i cant give my kids milk, or any fresh produce that has to be refrigerated. I have been harrassing them everyday about the part, i guess they have gotten tired of me showing up and calling nonstop and let me have a "loaner fridge" untill mine is fixed, which got here an hour late.
