My company draws blue prints for new homes, garages, room additions, and decks. I do cabinet layouts and kitchen design. I can size or engineer structural beam with a computer software from Weyerhauser. My pricing is competitive with home designers and drafters that draw custom homes. My work is done mostly of an evening or weekends so I am available when my compitition is not. I have been designing for six years but have been in the lumber and hardware industry and around contractors for over 27 years. I was an Estimator for over six years so I have seen a very large variety of different designs and ideas from other designers and architects. I am not an Archetect, I am a home designer that specializes in residential design, and a member of the American Institute of Building Design. I have to take continues education hours each year to maintain my profesional status.
