Had 2 co-workers who had knee replacements here, both highly recommend it. I had Dr Anderson replace my knee. He was wonderful and the 3 days I was there were as good as it can be when you are in a hospital.

If I could leave less than one star I would. extremely Poor Service, My daughter was not out of the Anesthesia, infiltrated IV and basically pushed out due to closing time. never informed they were running late. she waited over 2 1/2 hours in Pre-OP and no one check on her. I would think twice about going here!!!!!!

This is a surgery Mill. Get em in, get em out as soon as possible. Sent my sister in law home after a 3 hour surgery less than 3 hours after the surgery. She was clearly NOT ready to come home and we had a heck of a time trying not to hurt her getting her into the house. I am seriously considering suing them for malpractice. Stay away from this place!

unhappy with organization and planning

I would not recommend this place for any type of surgery. The receptionist was sarcastic and there is no communication between staff also very unequipped for all types of health issues. The doctor acted as if he didnt care, would suggest he worked on the old fashion term "Bed side manors". A wasted day and money for a patient to bother with!
