Worst place i have ever lived! The last staff were rude but the new ones that are here are even more rude! Soon as I walked in the front office to pay my rent, I wasn't even greeted.. instead got a nasty look as if I were a bother. This place truly is ghetto. The neighbors above me don't like that I complained of noise coming from their apt previously, so they make sure I hear everything they do now including stomping around ALL day and NIGHT! Only thing office staff did was put up letters on people's door saying to stop complaining, if their not vacuuming after 10 then there's nothing they can do. I should've read the reviews before moving into these projects. Thank God my lease is up.

The new stuffs are rude an not student friendly..

I'm leaving the apartment this weekend, because they are rude enough not to give me a 30 day notice to vacate the apartment, when I pay my bills on time. Sometimes, I pay my bills in advance, I pay my rent two months at a time.

Well, they want me to leave because they are more concern to take dole people and make money; instead of establishing good relationship with their tenant.

The new female manager is very rude, she's ridiculous.

I absolutely love these apartments. About a year ago I probably wouldn't have even thought about living here but I had a friend that recently moved in that referred me. When I did finally move I was so please with my apartment. They are adorable from the inside and they are kept clean and well groomed on the outside. Everything is pretty good but what really made me want to lease this apartment was the staff. They are so helpful and I really believe they care about their residents, especially Jesus the property manager. He is the one who made sure my apartment would be ready when I needed it and anytime I have a small maintenance problem Jesus always manages to get it done in very short time. It's always the first impression that gets me and my move in was perfect.

Pros: they are nice apartments. I looked at several before I finally decided to move in. There is hardwood flooring in the kitchen and walkway coming in. The laundry room is a perfect size. Tons of cabinet space. There is a pool and it is always a perfect temperature. Getting into the pool with the lock combination is a different story. Nice playground for the kids. Cons: I moved to this apartment complex because they (landlords) said they have a gate and it will be fixed soon. Well after speaking to the residents it hasn’t been fixed since at least August of last year. The fitness center that I was ecstatic about is only open from 8 to 5:30pm. So if you work a normal job like I do then you might as well forget it. DO NOT try to park your car even close to your apartment after 6:30 pm. There will not be a spot. They show you a really nice apartment before you sign the lease. The one you get is completely different. Make sure you see the one YOU are going to rent. So if you are looking for a place that is 1k a month but doesn’t have security and only a business hour fitness center this is the place for you. 08/10/2015 Now to add to this review. I have had my car vandalized 3 days in a row. First night I had accidentally left my car unlocked and had everything in my vehicle broke or stolen. Next day I checked on my car and 4 diapers with feces inside were SMEARED all over my car. I called the manager and before I could even tell her my name or where I park she stated "oh I dont think they show that area". I said "do you know where I park or even who I am" haha. She said that since the last "storm" they went out. She has no idea when they will be up and running. GREAT. I have taken upon myself to set up cameras to view my vehicle at all times. BEWARE!!

6 months ago, I had nothing good to say. Now that management has changed, and you have a group of people who are running the show, I would definitely change my post. I recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a home. Great Job Inwood.

This place is not worth your money. The people in the office are rude. Maintenance takes forever to fix things. The gates around the apartments have not worked since I have moved in. Also the apartments are cheaply made. You could be spending your hard working money else where.

All I have to say is don't do it! Inwood looks beautiful on the outside and inside. But, between the maintenance and office personal it make me feel like I'm living in a prison! They are rude, and never know what's going on. Quick to make assumptions about what they think is going on. I will be moving when my lease is up if not before! And I will make sure that I go on every site possible to help people to not make the same mistake that I have.

The complex is nice. The down side of it is the maintenance can take awhile. Since I've been there, going on 2 years, my AC unit has gone out twice. The last time took them over 2 weeks to fix. Doesn't have very good communication. If you ask them to call you back they usually don't but the issue usually gets resolved. Another issue is it is a gated community but the gates never work. The back gates are always broken and they never fix them. Out of the 2 years i've been there they have MAYBE worked 6 months. Rent is a little steap but are nice apartments. Nice to have the wood floors when you walk in and they provide a washer and dryer. It is a pretty friendly complex. The only issue with the security cameras is there are some blind spots. They have garages and car port covers but they are an extra cost and in bad places. Not placed very good around the complex. From my experience they don't come around and spray for bugs. I've noticed different bugs in my apartment.
