Poor management. Staff not kind or welcoming. Inside is old and outdated.

I lived in Apt 903 from 11-2011 to 06-30-13 and am a 100% disabled Vietnam Veteran. My neighbor upstairs had a dog that barked all day long and I finally verbally complained then, after the dog was muzzled he learned to howl too. I filed a written complaint and the tenant moved. Becky, the manager, then knowingly leased the apt above me to a female alcoholic and I was awakened at 2 a.m by a Wichita police officer re the noise upstairs from the woman and her bf fighting. Five cop cars and a paddy wagon outside. The woman was evicted, I moved out, comany is charging me $908.00 early termination fee and the unit was leased as of 07-07 so Case lost no money whatsoever. Greedy, lying people and this place is not worth the high rents charged. Becky is nice to your face until she does't like u. She told me "you suck" twice. Getting an attorney through the VA and suing these jerks.

I have been at Huntington Park for more than four years and love this community. The management are always polite and helpful and the community is so peaceful. Case and Associates took over the management a couple of years ago and if anything I would say that the quality has improved over previous management. They have made many improvements to the property over the last couple of years. I would highly recommend these apartments to a friend.

Do not move here. The complex appears very nice on first impression. Especially since it is gated and there are garages available. BUT, these apartments are of poor quality and are incredibly expensive for how little you get. I had the same experience as the review below. You will hear everything your neighbors do if you live on the ground floor. My first question before I signed my lease was if the ceilings were sound proofed. I was told that they were and I would never hear my upstairs neighbors. This is not the case. I can hear EVERYTHING. If my neighbors so much as talk or walk around I hear it all. If you are looking at moving here, please look into other options. Or at the very least get a second story apartment. My advice? There are several complexes that offer more space and less noise for a lot less money.

Now managed by Case & Associates. The worst apartment management company I have ever done business with. These apartments had issues before they were sold to Case & Associates. So it's an even worse situation than before.



The resident standards have gone down and riffraff are now invading this community. Also, the apartments have major structural issues. They were built very cheaply so get used to hearing everything your neighbors do. Everything. Not kidding here. The noise issue is structural and more worse than anything you have probably ever been exposed to in an apartment.

If you are thinking about moving here, I would look for better options. If you find older review on Hunting Park they are no longer valid. This place has gone downhill.
