We used The Mike Grbic Team to sell our home, and will never do so again. About the only good part of this experience was that the home was sold. All the extra marketing is mostly unneeded as the vast majority of buyers find their homes on Realtor.com. The Mike Grbic Team had poor communication among themselves, with the buyer’s agent, and with us. They certainly don’t work well as a team. It’s obvious that Grbic doesn’t understand that his business is about communication: they stated that we had hired them to sell our home, that they had sold it, and that is all that mattered. Not returning clients’ calls and keeping clients in the dark isn’t the way to run a business.
