GreenBrook Townhomes is a great place to live- the location is great and close to everything- the Manager Amber and owner are a great team and have been like family to us. Great place for singles, couples and families.

I have lived at Greenbrook for two years and have really enjoyed it. The location is great, and the environment is a really positive and professional place to call home. The maintenance staff takes care of all of your needs. I recommend Greenbrook highly to anyone searching for a home in the Wichita area.

I have been renting at Greenbrook townhomes for the past three years. I love the location the property manager is always readily and able to help me the property is properly maintained and I love the swimming pool.

Greenbrook is an amazing place to live it's in a very dynamic area of Wichita the staff is unbelievable and the maintenance is impeccable .... I love the floor plan the 14 foot vaulted ceiling's the gas starter fireplace I love coming home ....

I have been renting here for almost a year and I cannot wait for my lease to be up. When I visited the property for the first time it looked very nice, aside from the unit I rented, which was "still being prepped from the last tenants". They said they would be cleaning the carpets and replacing the old windows. Neither of those things happened. The carpet is 10+ years old and it's very obvious. The awful carpet even continued into the "master" bath, and in that room it smelled like human pee. They agreed to remove the bathroom carpet when I first moved in and it took them 3 months to do so, only after threatening to move out and get my money back. It was so bad that I had Charlotte (the sweet old office lady) show me the other units that had recently come available, some of which had new flooring, but I would have had to pay another deposit, sign a new lease and pay a fee for breaking the previous lease. This was all told to me by the owner, who yelled at me for "telling him how to do his job" and bragged that the carpets had been commercial-grade cleaned by the maintenance man (his elderly father) with their "$200 carpet shampooer". I had already cleaned the carpet once myself with a more expensive machine and the residual water in the tank was BLACK. I have done this multiple times since and the carpet still looks terrible.



Long story short, do not rent here. the ladies in the office will honey-pot you into thinking its a great place to live, but do not be fooled. Charlotte and Caroline are literally the only nice things about this property.

Dear peoples of Wichita, do not EVER rent from Greenbrook Townhomes!! Their owner is a racist ahole and they fix nothing! They are cheap and don't care about their tenants, just their money.

Hey, Manager is good, maintenance does good, but they would be great if it wasn't for the Owner and some of the policies. Size is good, but parking sucks. They do nickle and dime you even if your honest, yet they are very cheap at the stuff they replace only to break again in the near future. They wasted their money top sealing the roadway, because its still coming apart because the seams and other water issues were not sealed or cleaned right. After the roofing got done( still see places not done right, Owner needs to look!), the area looks trashed, yet talking to neighbors, they believe that somebodies blinds that are broken is more ugly ( charged them for it!) than the grass, leftover roof material, roofers truck leaks, the road upheaval, and many other issues that make this place look like renting is to much.



Look, if you think this is the place for you, then great, its in a good area, neighbors are nice, the Apartments them selves have lots of space, maintenance has good personality, and management works with you for the most part. But if you want to be nicked and dimed and loose your deposit no matter how hard you clean and repair, than stay away like the review below says, than stay away.

Stay away! The owner is a greedy liar who will never return any or most of your deposit back. When I left the house inspection came out great, the manager said the house is an A plus, we hired a professional to steam clean the carpet, we painted the walls, we spent a week cleaning, the house was spotless. and when we asked for the deposit back the owner said he had to clean the carpets, he had to paint, he had to do it all......He lies through his teeth to keep most of your deposit. Stay way!

It's all about how you approach your landlord. In my time at Greenbrook, I learned that it's just like any other environment where people rent. Some people are appreciative, others will complain no matter what. Charlotte is absolutely wonderful to work with, and Craig is very friendly and always looks out for you. Expensive or not, Greenbrook is on one of the best corners in Wichita. Truth be told though, for a difference of less than $200 above the price of an apartment, you get your own interior walls, no neighbor above or below, and a nice little patio, especially if you have a corner villa. Renting is what you make of it.

Poor and shoddy maintenance. Among the most expensive rental properties in Wichita. Repairs are done reluctantly and I was told some repairs would not even be done if they were expensive. Pool maintenance is done during the open hours while tenants and guests are swimming, if the pool is even open. I would not send my worst enemy to rent there.
