The spring rolls are unlike any I have ever tasted. The taste and smell horrible so I opened them up and there is a slimy smelly grey something like anchovies but it could be anything...also one gal that works there is very rude and will snap at you if you do not understand something.

I tried to give them feedback on their website which isn't even working properly. The food is good but every time I go there or try to order it is always something.

"i ordered on the phone last night because your website would not work. My total should have been $11.68. Your driver showed up. Asked me for money after I had already paid over the phone. He called and was speaking NOT in english. So I have no clue as to what he said, he asked for my card again. And gave it to whoever he was on the phone with. He told me it didnt get run. Well I checked my bank account this morning and you people charged me twice! I want a refund and will be in as soon as you open. And I had better get it today. Or you will be loosing my business and my entire family's business and trust me I tell everyone! My meal last night was not worth the $24 you have now charged me! Plus I cant afford as a single mom that much on one meal. I work hard for my money, and then you go and steal it! "

worst service I have ever had. My food took an hour and twenty minutes to get here. they offered no discount. food was barely warm and not fresh. employees were rude and not willing do help. will never eat here again. everything about it was terrible!

Today I ordered 4 meals to be delivered. I called it in at 10:54 am. The woman who took my call said it would be here in about 20 minutes. The meals were delivered at 12:01. Our food was not fresh. It was chewy like it had been re-heated and by the time we got it, it was barely warm. The language barrier made it hard to communicate with the employee answering the phone, and the employee who delivered the order. Terrible service all the way around. I had ordered in the past and had a bad experience before but just thought it was a fluke. This topped the cake. They will never get my money again. If I want to visit a Great Wall, I will visit the one at Harry and Seneca. I know they have fresh good food and nice quick service.

ordered great wall to be delivered to my place of employment. The service was very disappointing they had advised it would be delivered in 20 min however it was not deliver for an hr and 10min. the food was barely warm and they did not get my order correct. when a call was made to discuss the time it was taking to be delivered they hung up without advising when they would arrive. very disappointing and will not be ordering from there again.

Great Food, Great prices. There servings are very generous. We have never been disappointed.
