They did not deliver what the product description says. I ordered a basket with 4 different flower plants and they delivered 1 flower plant and 1 green weird looking plant. They didn't deliver the chocolates I ordered as well. Terrible company.

I ordered from this place and regret it big time!!! I ordered a potted plant arrangement along with lots of colorful flowers also mixed in, Steve calls me and says the flowers that are in the picture were not available but he could substitute it with something else, I stressed to him I wanted lots of color because it was going for a funeral (I wanted the green plant so they could keep afterwards and color for mourning the death) he said, "no problem I will make sure there is a variety of color". Well my father in law sent me a picture and to my disappointment NOTHING was like the picture, the green potted plant was not what I ordered and the ONLY color was ONE yellow flower!!! I called and talked to Steve, he instantly became upset and told me ma'am your wrong, I told him I was not wrong because I have the picture my family sent to show me. He continued to argue so I just hung up. He called back and left me a rude voicemail. Please do your research if you live out of state and need to send flowers DONT make the same mistake I did!

My husband placed an order for flowers for my birthday yesterday, after searching different websites for over an hour, he finally came across the "perfect" ones. (He's not one to just choose something and deal with it, he's a perfectionist and very much into quality). I received them on the doorstep while he was at work. He arrived home to see them and apparently, they were the wrong set of flowers, UTTERLY wrong, different arrangement, different colors, different vase, different balloon (the works!). He specified in the options absolutely NO substitutions. He called and spoke with someone to get the situation fixed, they scheduled with him to have the "right" flowers arrive today, 8:30 promt: Fine mistakes happen, I understand this, however it's well past 8:30 now and I have yet for them to arrive. The company is not organized and we'll never go through them again.

I called long distance from California, and Evelyn answered. I needed flowers sent to my brother, who was in the hospital in Andover. Evelyn was very helpful, and promised my flowers would be fresh, and delivered early the next day. All was exactly as promised, and both arrangements got rave reviews from the hospital staff, and my brother's visitors. Nice to deal with a local, family owned business, too!

I grew up in Wichita but now live in Houston, TX. My Mom is still in Wichita and I love to send her flowers! I have used many florists and finally found The Flower Factory - Mom says their flowers are the BEST she has ever received!!! She said to keep using this florist because the flowers were beautiful and stayed that way for so long!



Having tried many florists including the 1-800 florists, which turned out to be very disapointing, I am elated to find a local florist that does such an excellent job and provides flowers that last!!!!!

Thank goodness for a locally owned shop! This "hometown" little shop is actually in Wichita, and does a fantastic job! I had The Flower Factory help me plan my entire wedding, and it was over the top! Unique bouquets and ideas with the most affordable prices of any shop in town! I will reccomend them to all my friends. Truly a hidden treasure in Wichita!

I bought my Christmas flowers from these folks, and they helped me send something to my Sis in Phoenix,AZ on the Teleflora Wire service. I was pleased at how nice they were, and how the shop was so cozy.......loved all the beautiful flowers that they showed me in their giant flower cooler. You folks at the Flower Factory have me as a lifetime customer now! I am telling all my friends to use this shop!

This is the greatest floral shop I have found! They sell beautiful long stem roses arranged in a vase for only $35 everyday - even @ Valentines!!! My roses lasted 2 weeks!!! Check them out @ theflowerfactoryinc.com
