I went MR. Heibert for mediation. Mr. Heibert is 68yrs old. He is not a neutral party. He discriminates against the elderly. I guess he does not realize he is elderly. He choses sides which a mediator is not suppose do. He is tyrant if you do not agree with him. I have been to mediation in the past and they did not act like Mr. Heibert does. If the court appoints a medaitor in a case and the name David Heibert comes up,you better ask for someone else or you do not have chance of working anything out with Mr.Heibert. He need to retire or be replaced.
