I have used Custom Heating & Air Conditioning since I moved to Wichita years ago. I have been very satisfied with their service and products. The technicians are the greatest. Aaron was recently at my house to check the air-conditioner. He was friendly and efficient and could answer my questions. I highly recommend Custom Heating & Air.

Aaron was very conscientious, polite, and thorough.

Aaron is always courteous and thorough. He takes pride in his work and I appreciate that. He will trace a problem down to the source so he can fix it right the first time. I wish there were more service people like Aaron.

It was time for the fall maintenance check on my heating/cooling system. Aaron checked everything and then thoroughly explained what he had done and how each component checked out. Once again, I am totally pleased. Aaron is knowledgeable, meticulous, congenial, and polite. He is a credit to this company with which I've done business for many years and have never had a complaint or even felt the slightest disappointment. Larry and his crew are great. Aaron did an excellent job of diagnosing the problem with my system and fixing it in a timely manner. He is always courteous, professional, and congenial. I called Larry at 8:00 a.m., and Aaron arrived well before 9:00. Getting cool air coming in before the daytime temperature rose into the 90s was greatly appreciated. I've done business with this company for many years and have never had even one small complaint. The customer service has always been oustanding!
