After having an issue with pricing, I received a call from the General Manager and he offered to make things right. After his Install manager came by to inspect the work and got me going, I was very satisfied. They went above and beyond and I will do business with them in the future.

The work they did was pretty good. They were able to come out the next day after my furnace broke and get it fixed. I am so relieved that my house is warm again.

I waited a long time to call and get my A/C fixed because money has been a little. I wish I had called sooner because it was not as much as I was worried it would cost

These guys were great. They not only hauled off the old AC unit they replaced, but a second one that fizzled out on us years ago- at no extra charge. They even installed a new thermostat for free because I misunderstood and thought we were getting a new one. Bob Tull is the sales person we spoke to. He's very friendly and down to earth. He came buy during the installation and called the next day. The installers were very nice and polite, Nick was one of the installers and I don't recall the other one's name. Their boss Patrick came by a couple of times while they were working. Thank you Comfort Systems for a very good experience!
