Don't bother. Furniture's relatively decent, selection is pathetic and the sales staff is pushy. The sales manager, Walt, is the store's "heavy". You get transferred to him if yoy don't like the answer someone else gives. He's rude and ugly. There is NO return policy of any kind. And if it is returned due to damage, you lose your $70 delivery fee. When asked about the return policy, Walt says "we don't sell used furniture". Good to know, you won't sell new furniture either, to me anyway. A shame, big empty house and nothing in any room. Steer clear, better stores with better furniture, staff and manners not far away.

This is my second time purchasing furniture at Cherry Orchard. I also bought furniture at their Kids store for my daughter. The sales staff at both stores was very helpful and professional. I waited to post this until everything was delivered (just in case), but even the delivery service they use was great. I had one small issue with a drawer, and it was taken care of right away. I will definitely be back and recommend them to my friends.

Spent $2400 on a leather sofa and matching recliners. We have no young children and are very easy on our furniture. We were told that the sticky recliner mechanisms would loosen in time and they never did. The padding they use is very poor quality and wears out very quickly. The fasteners on the back of the recliners constantly falls apart. Finally, after a few years the actual frame of the couch is falling apart. The furniture has a "lifetime warranty" on the frame but when we called them to repair it we were advised that labor is not included only parts. Some awesome warranty huh? spend your hard earned money with a reputable company and get the quality to match your purchase. BTW, some people complain about every purchase and we arnt those people. This is only the second negative rating I've given a store in twenty years. You really have to go some to get a bad rating from us, the Cherry Orchard never fails to disappoint. In fairness I wnt go as far as calling them fly by night people because I dont know them, but if it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck it usually isnt a chicken.

I have ordered kids furniture from this store many times. The staff has always been very pleasant and extremely helpful. The prices of the furniture have been extremely fair and the quality of the furniture is top notch. I have never had any issues w/ the scheduled timing of the shipments - everything has arrived as scheduled. I have never had any issues w/ any parts missing or w/ the assembling of the furniture. Lynna Hoeffner and her staff do a great job and I will definitely shop there in the future.

Worst furniture store I have ever shopped at! I was told after a week that everything was in for a bed that I had ordered for my daughter. We went to pick it up that Sunday. I was then told that one of the boxes that contained hardware for my daughter's bed had been used as spare parts for beds that were on the display floor. Instead of getting my money back immediately I decided to wait until the next shipment came in which they said could be as long as 4-6 weeks. It has been 4 weeks and they still have no clue when the shipment will be in. I am getting my money back!
