Love the Salmon Superfood salad and Bang Bang Shrimp. We eat here every Friday night! We appreciate the great service

Very good quality food. Overall service is good. I’ve gone multiple times. Bam bam shrimp is a must have.

Worst management ever!



After agreeing to meet with a local nonprofit events coordinator, the manager stated once she arrived "I'm too busy". Bonefish wasn't even open yet and HE set up the time! Not only was he rude, he was expecting a FREE golf tournament team (normally $600.00 charge) for donating free appetizer certificates. This seemed "fishy".



Wouldn't the free appetizer cards benefit the business? IE free advertising to hundreds of people.



I will never eat at the Wichita, KS Bonefish grill again, nor would I recommend anyone to eat there due to their poor management choice.



Choose P.F. Changs in the same area (waterfront) instead, their management is wonderful! :-)

Great service. Yummy food and the atmoshere is very nice.

The atmosphere and food were very good. The service was awful. The hostess acted as if she had just had a root canal. We were shown to our table and the menus were dropped on the table. Our server came over approx 15 minutes later and did not tell us anything about the wine list or any of the specials. We ordered our drinks and another 15 minutes went by before our iced tea was brought to the table. Our server took our order and we did not see her again until our food arrived. It felt as though she dropped our food on the table and ran off. She did not return until I got up and asked the hostess to send the manager over with a refill for the tea, more tarter sauce, and ketchup. Another 10 minutes went by and our server finally brought some tarter sauce and had to be asked to refill the tea glasses and bring ketchup. The manager never bothered to come over to our table so he/she will never know that his server cannot handle more than 2 tables! I may give this place another chance since the food was really good. I am very disappointed in the server and the manager.

Nice place to dine. Very classy and the food is wonderful. Great customer service.
