First I waited for about 30 minutes past the time they said they would be there to let them in so they could exterminate my flea infestation. And then three hours later I called to make sure that it had been done, she lied to me and said that the treatment was completed.



A week later I am ready to go back home, and what do I find? Trillions of fleas attaching themselves to my legs and body... When I called them back to see why the treatment didn't work they explained that they had not done a treatment, despite them telling me that it had been done previously, and them still charging me the full amount for the treatment that they had not even done.



I am very unhappy with this level of unprofessionalism from Betts. They lied to me, and then wanted to say that it wasn't their fault that they lied and said that the house had been treated.



Am currently trying to get my money back from them.
