I personally had Dennis Phelps legal assistance when I was involved in a workplace injury. In the beginning the insurance adjuster seemed like they were looking out for my best interest, but that soon changed when I asked about getting a second opinion from a doctor of my choosing. Soon after my weekly benefits were cut off, because of the doctor they(insurance company) sent me to said something other than what the doctor I went to for a second opinion said.
I immediately hired Dennis Phelps as my work comp attorney. The power trip was over for the insurance company adjuster. Weekly benefits were reinstated and recommendations from that second opinion were followed through on. Over the four years, I underwent several surgeries and numerous procedures but if I had a question and called or emailed Mr. Phelps he would always respond back within a few hours. I am very grateful for Mr. Phelps attentive advice and support he provided to our family during this lengthy process. He was able to negotiate the maximum award amount for my injury which has helped greatly.

This guy is an idiot. He missed court twice and messed up my whole case. After payin $1200, I had to get a different lawyer. Don't waste your money.

Helpful staff. They do good work. It's all a little much to understand but they did a good job of making it simple for me. Just wished I had seen them before my credit score tanked, but it's just a big load off me.

Has a great web based product. I did everthing on line except signing the final legal documents. E-mail was answered almost instantly.

My appointment was Tueday. I was being garnished. The bankruptcy was all done and they filed it that Friday. The garnishment stopped. I couldn't take another pay check being. I didn't think anyone could get it stopped that fast. They cared!
