I went into the office to make a payment like I always do, but to my suprise there were new faces that I didn't know from my ten years of being with State Farm. I was given a new agent because my old agent retired. Melissa Garcia and her team are wonderful. They have made this transition easy and are willing to listen and help their clients whenever they need. Melissa and her team have such an eager passion to do right by their clients, that I know I am in good hands and very secure with my policies at Melissa Garcia's agency.
