Don't trust price quotes from this business. When I dropped off a jacket to have a zipper replaced I was told it would cost $12. When I picked it up a week later, the same employee charged me nearly 3 times this amount ($35).

These guys are superb!!

I have been a customers for many years here before moving back to Seattle.

Moved back here a few months ago and reconnected with all of my previous businesses and the staff at Alterations by Sarah. The gentleman that works there remembered my name, size and other personal details, guy has incredible memory,

Highly recommend this place

During a lunch meeting the food plate slipped from the servers hands and landed on me. Picked up new pair of pants next door (GAP-- restaurant paid for it) but needed altered. Went to Alteration over at Tall grass, the people there a fit my pants back to the meeting looking great. Excellent customer service and Great work...

This place is a dream come true, lady that waited on me was very nice and professional.

I took an expensive pair of pants, had it sized down several sizes, it came out extremely well fitted, price was very reasonable

Just moved here from LA for my job, weather sucks, but friendly businesses like this makes it worthwhile, I will keep going back and highly recommend this place

Took in my son's tuxedo for his prom, got it back a hour later, neatly pressed and altered, In spite of the fact the place was packed with prom girls with dresses all over the place, the lady and gentleman who is the owner I believe worked with everyone in a professional manner.

I am new to Wichita, will go back there and recommend friends
