We started with this company five weeks ago and the first time it took them forever for them to just answer the phone to start the service. The first week they did great they picked up right on time and everything. Second week they never came at all and again on the second. My husband is way too nice and didn’t call until the second week of not picking up and they said the truck was broken down and so we understood things happen and we would wait a little longer. So the third week they did not pick up again. They will not answer the phone at all. They were said they would pick up on Mondays so I called that Friday and the phone sounded disconnected (Which you can sure try to call as well). So I sent two emails to both owners on the web page they have. It was so funny how one hour later a lawn service truck shows up and pick up the trash tote. Leaving trash ALL over my yard and not picking up any trash at all just what belonged to them. So I had called my friend who told me about them and the next day they picked up the tote from her home also leaving trash everywhere. . When they picked her tote up they left a note saying that they were no longer in business and would refund her within 6 weeks. I did not get any note or anything just a trash mess to clean up after. This business always made a mess with the trash when they picked up and I never saw a trash truck only the lawn truck. The lawn truck dropped off our tote, picked it up and picked up the trash that one time. So I’m not sure if they ever had a trash truck to begin with.

I would've put zero stars but I couldn't.we called for 2 weks before ayone even answeres the phone. When we finally got in touch, we set up a delivery time fo my trash container and they didn't show up, they said they had truck problems and would do it the next day and they didn't show up again and wouldn't answer the phone. Probably not the best way to run a business.

The service and experience of working with All American Trash has been excellent for me... For the price you really can't beat there services... I give them two thumbs up!
