Had refrigerator cooling problem. Called Affordable this morning and she said should have some one out today. Couldn’t believe that. Sure enough Adrian came this afternoon and knew exactly the problem and had the part on the truck. He fixed us up. Very professional. Would not hesitate to call them again.

I had David repair my washer and Vince repair my dryer. Both did an excellent job!

We have used this company for the last three years and they are “AWESOME”! They are kind, courteous, honest and knowledgeable about every home appliance. So grateful we found them and would highly recommend them!

After a brief search for a local business to come to my home and repair my washing machine, I called Affordable Appliance Repair. The lady on the phone was very nice and professional and was able to schedule us for a service call the very next day. Jim arrive at our house, was quite courteous and professional, and was able to diagnose the problem very quickly. He ordered the required part right then and there. A couple days later, as soon as the part arrived, Jim returned to install it and complete the repair.

The whole experience was terrific and I have to say these folks are examples of the way business should be done. The next time I need an appliance repaired, AAR will be my first and only call.

They are awesome! Called yesterday and they came out next day and fixed it right then and there. Vince did an awesome job ! Will for sure come back to these guys for other appliance repairs and will recommend them to all others :)

Search no longer! The number of 5 star ratings is for real. Our almost 40 year old Whirlpool refrigerator died Saturday morning. Figured I better get in line for Monday estimate and Wednesday repair based on experience with most of the old names in appliance repair.
The large number of top ratings for Affordable earned the first call. Answered promptly and professionally and said he would call right back with the time today. Less than 5 minutes he confirmed Justin should be on site in 60 minutes. Justin was professional and a "get to work" guy. Said the cold control thermostat was out, had the part on the truck and charges would be $210. Completed within the hour. Impressed!

Fast, friendly, courteous and professional service. Justin had our refrigerator problem troubleshot and repaired in 20 minutes for a very reasonable price. He explained the problem, he explained our options and he gave us a very reasonable estimate which made our decision easy. We will definitely use Affordable Appliance Repair the next time one of our appliances requires service. We highly recommend this company and we highly recommend and appreciate Justin. Awesome and quick service! Our fridge fan was going out and sounded awful. They came and fixed it within 1 day of calling them and he came and found out the problem, went to get the part, and returned in less than an hour. He was very professional.

I highly recommend this company. I have used them twice, once for a dishwasher and today for my washing machine.

I've called twice now, once for my dryer and once for the oven. Both issues were simple and I felt the price was fair. They were able to come quickly, and once they were here the problems were fixed quickly with parts they carried in their vehicles. I have already recommended them to a friend and will continue to call them as needed.

Great company with great service. Justin is an excellent repair man. He came to repair my 80's era refrigerator. He and the company demonstrated through their actions that they are excellent at appliance repair and, probably of more importance, that they back up their service. I recommend them highly.

I will use this company again and will recommend them to friends. Larry was knowledgeable and professional, and the cost was more than reasonable.

Prompt response, appropriate charges, friendly & knowledgeable technician. Drove to town to pick up the needed part and returned within the hour.
