Some of the wait staff here have been a little lazy during past visits. I've had to wait 15+ minutes on the check or for a drink refill while they talked amongst themselves. Other than that and the rather steep prices, there are no negatives I can say about this place! The food is absolutely delicious (albeit expensive for the portions), and the owner and her son are fabulous. It's convenient to order ahead and pickup your meal if you're in a hurry. Also keep in mind that alcohol is BYOB here!

My husband and I shared 2 sushi rolls and the squid dinner. $40 and on way to get cheeseburgers because we didnt get full. Squid sauce was horrible. And better sushi at all you can eat buffetts! Wont ever go back!

I feel this little restaurant is the best in Wichita Falls. The food is incredible, every single time I go.

Hae-Jong Egan serves up the freshest sushi in North Central Texas, flown fresh from the coasts in an intimate, casual atmosphere. All of the varieties of fresh, sliced fish are phenomenal, as are the the traditional Korean dishes (try the stir fried beef). Prices are quite reasonable, especially since one can bring in beer and wine to complete the meal.
