Took my 89 Toyota Camry in for some work to be done. The shop that I have gone to for years had folded. I was taking a chance with Ten Four Auto Repair.



I was hesitant at first because the place looked so clean and efficient. I was impressed but still unsure. He told me about the $45.00 dollar non-refundable inspection fee but that it would be applied toward the workmanship if approved by me. (I don't know of any place that offers free diagnostic analysis)? I felt this was completely fair since this is a service. To quote a television judge by the name of Judy "Sir, have you ever heard the saying, you get what you paid for"?



After all was said and done I am pleased to say that I was very satisfied with the diagnosis and outcome of service. I have been using mechanics for over 50 years and can dance with the best of em.



In conclusion, Ten Four passed my test. The owner Mr.Youhanna is fair and long time merchant providing service to the city of Whittier. His previous shop was directly across from Whittier High School where he operated for eleven years.

The new location is much larger and more efficient to handle the service he provides.



It is hard to find a reasonable mechanic with some integrity along the way during these changing times however, I am pleased to report that I have found one in Ten Four Automotive.

The guys at ten-four auto are really down to earth. My 93' Benz was having problems with the brakes/struts, so I took it there after a close friend recommend the place. The owner, Youhanna, told me exactly what the problem was and said he'd have it repaired in 6 hours. 6 hours later, I come back and it's finished. No BS, no bogus fixes - ten four auto is just excellent service at a fair price.

i went in with a broken car and left with a smooth ride. my car was having issues and i didn't want to take it any where because of high prices so i waited to the last minute. a buddy of mine told me about ten four auto. he said the staff is great fast and friendly, boy was he right. my car was fixed and I'm a customer for life. when ever i hear of any one having a car problem i refer them to ten four auto. my family and i thank you.
