STC is a very unprofessional company. If you are looking for some place to rent, don't go to any plaza that is under STC management, or else you will suffer for the whole leasing term.. If they hate you, they will try to make every effort to hurt your business, even conflict of interest.. My business is there for almost 5 years and the plaza was not under stc at the time we signed the lease agreement.. After stc takes over it, they start giving us hard time for all these years...
