Do not use this cleaners!! They ruined my daughters formal dress 2 days before the dance! She would not refund my money, which now I will never pay in advance! We just wanted to get the dress pressed. Go to pick it up with a stain right in front, which the women pointed out to us, of course my daughter is crying! This women is telling me it was already there! NO it was not! you really cant understand anything she is saying except I did understand the word dry clean. She wanted us to leave it there so she could fix it! Oh heck no! We took it Friendly Hills cleaners they were very nice and understood the problem and took care of it. And to top it off I was so mad about the stain I didnt even notice how wrinkled the dress was! They didnt even press it... She charged me $15.00 for a wrinkled dress with a stain! I really wished I would have read these reviews before I went there. Always stick with your gut feeling! I would not give this place a star rating at all but you have to in order to post a comment!
