Came to my house with a high pressure sales pitch preaching honesty. Shoddy product for high price. When my wife changed the order to look at price, they initiated it and ordered materials. Charged me a hefty 20 percent restocking fee of the entire job, not just materials. Said they were not legally required to do so. The salesman offered me nearly half of the restocking fee, but the very rude controller basically called me a liar as she didnt believe me and told me it would be his job if he did that, but refused to honor his offer and the owner backed her up. Bait and switch and dishonest business practices.
