I really give these guys a minus zero rating. I had flooring put down in my kitchen, they came out to disconnect 4 appliances. Two days later when floor was finished, they came out and reinstalled all. That night I discovered there were no ice cubes being made. They came back the next day and realized that they forgot to turn the water back on in the ice maker. Two days later upon doing laundry I realize I have no hot water, after checking valves somehow these so called licensed plumbers have reinstalled the hoses backwards. I have been calling constantly and received promise of service everyday since, stood up again last night (Monday) This is ridiculous...poor quality of service and no customer satisfaction! Shows you that apparently they don't check their work after installing appliances. Never use them again.
