0 stars for every category. Left my German Shepard in July for 2 nights. They paid barely any attention to him at all for 2 days and mainly left in cage for a dog half his size then put in extreme heat outside with zero shade that has since been shut down. No health records for other animals there. My dog was dead for half a day there and they never called or returned my calls while I was at their locked front door 25 feet away. Tried to pick him up all day starting before 10am and all staff left store and never returned until 530 pm. Entire staff claims to be volunteers and they have no proof of last time they were inspected. They have multiple criminal cases against them right now. Owner was fired as ACO of EB and boarding has been shut down. Maximus was stiff as a board when they finally let me get him which I had to have 3Whitman PD officers and a Sheriff because Annie wouldn't allow me outback to get him and kiss him goodbye. They hid dogs for other kennels that weekend that were being inspected so they never had health records of animals in there with our animals and didn't have proper size cage for Maximus. We are still investigating 3 months later and they are not cooperating by even telling their side of story and they hide behind their lawyer and actually shut and lock doors when Animal control comes to inspect the grounds on multiple occasions. A manager of a kennel in Halifax just gave his statement to state reps that 2 of his Shepards also died under annies care this summer. 3 dead Shepards in one summer. They should not be allowed around other people's animals. Doors should be closed for good. Oh ya I forgot 1 of the 3 dead dogs was left in her horse barn for 3 days as she forgot it was dead in the summer heat only to remember when the manager asked to give his dog it's proper burial. These people are awesome!!! I have a min-pin/ chihuahua mix with a personality only a mother could love. The groomer I had been taking him to closed unexpectedly. Long story short, I made an appointment for him, attempted to explain his personality flaws and dropped him off, fingers crossed. When I returned to pick Larry up I iasked how he was with everything.. One of the groomers that had been with him actually said " I love him, he was great". I was so thankful and relieved he was received so well. The prices and service are wonderful. I believe I have found Larrys groomers for life. Thank you.

I was in search of some quickly needed help and advice. When I called Annie's Clean Critters - I felt at total ease speaking with her and she helped us out more than ever! She didn't hesitate to help, and by far, went above and beyond helping us with our issue at hand. Her prices were incomparable with others and her care for our pet was remarkable. Due to the emergent circumstances, she made every effort to help us out. Upon entering Annie's the animals were clearly well taken care of and I felt comfortable leaving our pet with her and couldn't be more happy with the services!
