very poor customer service espically with deliveries...they will deliever ur food cool to cold at times...forget things on your order and not give you what you ask for...thats if they bother to answer the phone in the first place...will have you hang on for your total for half hour or more...they take their customers for granted easily....my order was never even delivered!! shame on you zekos...you need to realize that people order for reasons other that they're hungry..like illness or inability to go to ur restaurant....there is never an excuse for rudeness when it comes to customer service...espically when you don't know who people who order are or who they may know...hope you do that when the chef visits...nothing like presenting a nice case of rudeness nationally..
