Shifting households across national boundaries requires more than professional expertise: any move could easily become a slice right out of Rocky Horror without the proper inducements to begin the journey with, then personal care, literally from door to door (or port to port), and finally, above all, adjustments to unforeseen impediments!



Mine, from Philadelphia to Chittagong, was not. And it was not because I worked with not just The Right Move (TRM), but particularly its two most relevant staff-members: Dylan and Michelle.



During my search for a shipping company, Dylan was not only among the first to respond, but also clearly the most consistently precise, available, and encouraging of them all. While the TRM price was not the lowest, this was more than made up by the clean,clear, and very personalized care given by both Dylan and Michelle: they had my belongings picked up at Philly port without any hassles, even though this was weeks before the chosen shipment date (and provided storage free-of-charge in New York), then steered the entire package through so many stumbling blocks (caused largely by different country-specific methodologies), until I received them in my home. In one piece. I don't know if there was any other wish left unfulfilled.



Were it not for Dylan's pleasant, polite, and very courteous preliminary handling to get me as a customer, I might have drifted elsewhere; and then when he left me in the hands of Michelle, I was doubly blessed, since she worked with me to get those belongings through Philly port to New York's, thence, after storage, to Chittagong. Quite honestly, I do not know if the service could have been improved upon. The price was good, the logistics better, but the service was clearly the best.



If I had to do this once again, I know I would not have to go through any search process. Wherever I may be, this TRM team would get my first (and only) phone call. And I strongly recommend it to anyone about to set sail anywhere!!!
