I was very impressed by the care I received, the doctor was very compassionate and made sure my extractions were done painlessly on 03/29/16 I can't wait to go back for my follow-ups.

Whitehall Family Dentistry is amazing. They offer great service and they are so kind! They are so informing and really know how to treat their patients! love it there!

This dentist treated both me and my parent very poorly. He insisted both of us needed root canals, when all needed to be done is a filling. I went in 3 times for the same issue, got a second opinion, went back to this dentist and got the same excuse.

Why spend thousands of dollars for a simple filling? Whitehall Family Dentistry, like so many dentists do NOT do their job. They are interested in volume of patients and not actual patient care. I have paid out of pocket to have teeth bonded, so am wondering why they can't do that? But NO, they push you off and don't want to deal with you. No senior discount either, just impatience and sloppy care. I am planning on filing a complaint with the PA State Board of Dentistry.

Dr. Ayham Yacoub and his staff have been taking care of my dental needs for few years. I have had everything from routine exams and cleanings to root canals and crowns. Dr. Yacoub and his team are the best. They enjoy their work and that shines through in their level of service and compassion. I had a recent emergency... they made an appointment for me immediately. I spent close to two hours in the dental chair and never once was I uncomfortable or felt pain. The whole team takes a lot of pride and effort in their work. Patients are not treated as one of their assembly line, just like most of today’s corporate dentistry. They have never made me wait for an appointment, they listen to what I say and address my concerns. Sincerely, This is the dental team you want working on your dental needs. Also the office is super clean with all digital technology.
