The electric jack in the laptop got broken when dropped. Within an hour of dropping it off he had the case opened and called to let me know exactly what type of part was needed to fix it. He ordered the part and repaired it within 5 days. We were absolutely stunned with the great customer service, knowledge of the repairman (owner?) and how fast we got it back.

My experience (all be it over the phone) was not a good one.



I must say the customer service is lacking from this establishment. The service representative I spoke to

was very brash and short, and did not allow me to finish my inquiry on the product I was looking for.



I will not be referring my clients or colleagues to this supply. I can find better service elsewhere.
