WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN HISTORY! I called the shop to get information on a type of flower that I saw on these corporate websites that I'd like to purchase. Since I'm a huge supporter of Mom and Pop shops I like to purchase items locally. When I called Haines Florist, a man answered and before I could even finish describing the type of flower, the man answered "no" and hung up on me! I thought maybe he misunderstood me and so I called back. Once again I asked him about the flowers, he interrupted me and said "We don't sales those flowers here so stop F***ING calling!" I was flabbergasted! I have NEVER experienced such horrible customer service. I was very polite and patient with him and it backfired on me. Never again would I call here let alone buy any flowers from them. If you don't want your good day ruin, don't give this place the time of day!
