I was excited for the grand opening of Cici's Pizza. And it's a great deal, all you can eat pizza for under six bucks. (Drinks where an additional buck and a half.) The pizza was so so, along the same lines of pizza hut. But for the price it was good. The environment was clean, but it was also brand new. The employees where encouraged to sing or cheer about pizza while you ate, which was a little awkward. Over all I'd prefer to get two good slices and a soda from a local pizza shop for a couple of bucks less.
