Last year, the low tire pressure warning light came on so I went to my dealer. They put air in the tire and I drove off. By the time I arrived at Les Schwab, the light was on again. I pulled in, they fixed it by removing the nail, no charge and that was it. I decided that when I needed tires, I would return. I recently had an oil change at my dealer again, I was told that the tires were dangerously bad and my car was out of alignment.. I went to Schwab. Aaron told me that I did not need an alignment. He could have easily charged me and I would not know the difference. My car handles better than the day I drove it off the lot. The new tires have made all the difference. The people at Schwab are so nice and even better they are very honest. I can't say enough good about them.

Wow...awesome service. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Had problems with my small RV thought I needed a new battery. ( I was prepared to pay couple hundred dollars for a new battery) They offered coffee and popcorn while I waited! Fifteen minutes later I was told I did not need a new battery the cable was loose. Since it was not a Les Schwab battery I offered to pay for the cleaning of the cables and tightening them up. They sent me on my way with a smile and a handshake. NO CHARGE!?!

Utterly incompetent employees! They make a habit out of lying to customers. I have never left this place without something wrong with my car. 1st time they did the alignment and left a wrench attached to my tie rod, which, by the time I got home, had destroyed my brand new tie rod end. They didn't care at all. 2nd time I had them install winter tires. They put the lug nuts on so tight no other shop could get them off. Again didn't care and had to wait 5 hours to get the lug nuts properly tightened!!!!!!!!!!!! What if we had gotten a flat??!!?!?! Stay away, far away from this place!!!!! Their complete incompetence with leave you hanging.‎
