This man (brettpweb) and his family never showed for their wagon dinner ride and expected us not to charge them. We told them the policy ahead of time and they never even called to say that they were not coming - e-mails prove that they were given the correct date. As for the horseback ride - they said that they loved it - now they are mad that their money was not returned so they are writing things like this. It is not accurate and it is a lie. We take these policies very seriously and we are a very forgiving and professional company - these people seemed to think they could just roll over us and we would succumb to whatever they wanted.

They were rude. and the 1 hour horse back ride was a joke...do not waste your time or money...
