Called Dave at D S about having a roof done. He makes an appointment with me to see it. He calls me just before the appointment time and says "I will be a little late". So I wait for him, he never shows up, never calls again. The next morning he calls me laughing and says "I stood you up, can I come over and meet you now?". I said "I am not home, head on over and look at the roof". He does go over, looks at the roof. I call Dave a few days later, leave him a voice mail, no call back in a couple days. Call him again and leave a message with secretary.....still no call back. This company is very busy, no doubt about it, the trucks are every where. But Dave is unprofessional and had no regard for my time by standing me up, now he eventually shows up and doesn't even respond back to me? This is the kind of crap that makes people hate contractors. He is busy, he is making lots of money, he doesn't need me and my roof job. Well, why didn't he just say so in the first place? Not good.
