Had purchased snow tires from Les Swab counting on their policy of taking off regulars, putting on snow tires, removing snow tires and replacing with my regular tires. What a nightmare!!! Had to wait in line for hours only to be told ….they would only do that for so many customers per designated hours in morning. So had to cross the bridge without tires being changed only to have to return and hope for the next morning for service.They sure love selling the tires but this customer is NOT GOING TO RETURN TO LES SWAB AGAIN. Well, went to Paco's and he immediately did the work for very little money. Told me if I purchase tires from him.....there would never be a charge for taking tires off and on. I am sold on this this type of customer service AND no waiting in line. Good job Paco.
