Provided by YPmobileJoe Vecca is the best! I won't go to anyone else. I have been to him many times for color, cut, and keratin straightening. He is very accommodating. Always squeezes me in due to my hectic schedule. I always get stopped by women to ask where I get my hair done. Highly recommend him!
