Quite a few unprofessional comments about our nationality were made in planning for our wedding with this company. Once we signed the contract they were pretty much too busy for us. They didn't understand why we'd want to meet with our DJ before the wedding, and when asked to make a special song for us we were told they did it, forgot to send it, and then lost it, which sounded like they just forgot all together. It was eventually done 3 days before the wedding after we asked again- after getting the meeting we asked for. A bunch of nice guys, but that only goes so far. I ended up making a list of exactly what to play and when, and they followed this, which worked out perfectly. The only wedding day mess up was them inviting everyone to dance on our first dance, which upset us because it was never discussed and we had planned our dance, which the DJ would have known since he mixed our song for us. Other than that they followed the list and we were happy.
