I'm very disappointed with her service. I got this deal from the groupan for laser tightening skin. It took her 30 min to "educate" me about Derma and laser, 15 min for the collagen she put on my skin to get dry, and the laser part took only few seconds. I asked her if I'll see results right away because I had read some negative comments about the same procedure from other clients and I was concerned about it. She assured me that I'll see results right after the procedure. I also wanted to use that deal for my chicks because that is my concern but I was told that it can be fixed by doing the eyes. Yeah, right the eye area is way smaller than the chicks so she didn't have to use too much laser. She also used this product to wash my face which irritated my skin very bad . The bottom line: when I washed my face the collagen was removed I didn't see any change at all. I feel bad for the money and the time. I called her office she never got back to me. She didn't even ask me before the treatment if I have a medical history, didn't complete any form or sing the consent form like other doctors do. As long as the negative comments she said to me that it is because of the competition but my lawyer is taking care of it. Very professional ha ha

I had series of laser skin rejuvenation and I see amazing results,my total experience with HD was superb. Hilda is an expert laser technician.

I really enjoyed talking to Hilda about my skin care problems. Going through all the trouble of seeing a dermatologist or applying tons of makeup was a hassle and expensive. I would def go see her for everything. I've even started laser hair removal, I was going for just my face (acne and stuff) and trust her completely! She does payment plans which is great and understands how important it is to feel confident. I can tell her anything and she doesn't even judge! I'm also glad she moved down the street to her new place it's more private and convenient.

The services, especially the laser hair removal and collagen treatments, were professionally done. The collagen does a very good job at repairing damaged skin. I also feel at home there due to the interior (the couches make the wait enjoyable especially on busy days).
