Provided by YP.comHad truck being returned to location 2 hours away from destination. Didn't even include actual destination in milage allowed. No instructions on vehicle hauler were given and none are posted on hauler itself. rented 16ft truck recieved 10ft, just didn't feel like arguing the point with local dealer as he didn't seem like he cared. AC in truck worked sometimes.
