I went in last week to look at a pre-owned vehicle that they had listed on their Web site. The car was in excellent condition and everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Jason was a fantastic salesman and I didn't feel pressured or anything. After a nice test drive and tons of questions that I had, I decided to purchase the car. Had a issue with the car over the weekend and took it in to be serviced and they took care of everything, they fixed my car and had it back to me in 2 days! They are some of the nicest people and I truly feel that they are there to help anytime I need it. I will be buying all my future cars from them and will be sending all my friends as well. Thanks so much for such a great car buying experience.

Had a situation, needed to get out of a lease and Anthony Swanstrom "salesman" and manager Andy did everything they possibly could to help me. They got me out of my lease and into a buy on a new Ford F-150 when other dealerships told me I didn't have a chance and they couldn't help me. Thank you very much guys I will definitely buy my next vehicle with Yinz. P.S. I had a diamond back bed cover on my truck that I had to transfer and Anthony and two service guys brought Tools out and help me do it after I already was done with deal, that was awesome.

Brought my old Explorer in to replace a hatch hinge that snapped off. Jim Shorkey's team was very accommodative. The part had to be ordered, but it could be delivered same day, within a couple of hours. I hung out in the waiting room for a bit. When I told the service manager I was getting an uber so I could pick my son up from school, he offered a loaner car for a couple of hours. The whole team was excellent. Really appreciate the respectful and courteous way they all operate.

Awesome dealership, polite and courtesy sales staff. Put me in the f150 I exactly wanted. A little more then I wanted, options wise. But it's a plus, and worked with me till we achieved the price I wanted to be at. Definitely recommend them. Thanks again,

I recently bought a 2011 Dodge Nitro R/T from Jim Shorkey Dodge Chrysler. Did my homework and was a good vehicle and buy. Bought it used with low miles. Great shape detailed and looking like brand new! Felt the the whole deal making process took a little to long but they got to where I wanted my payments to be at and such. They also offer good dealer warrantys for there used line of vehicles too. Shows that they back there vehicles they sell. Other than taking a little long to seal the deal good overall experience there.
