Great customer service and attention to detail

They give Landstar a bad name. Ran into detention at delivery. Was told to submit in and out times. So I did and then Meghan ghosted me. Wouldn’t return phone calls or respond to emails. If I spoke to anyone else working there, they would always say- she just stepped out- she just went to lunch- she’s not here today. For three weeks! I contacted Landstar and they couldn’t get her to respond to the issue either. Finally after a month, Landstar tells me that they were contacted and informed that detention was not available for this load. Very shady business people! You were warned.
