Scheduling was a little ways out, but I guess that's pretty normal this time of year. The guy that came to clean our stove was very nice, he called on the way and explained the entire process. They had a few minor recommendations and showed us images of their findings. Pricing was fair. I'd definitely use them again for the fireplace.
