Hired to resurface my chimney in November 2015. Nearly half of the artificial rocks began falling off seven months later. Efron reluctantly agreed to repair the chimney and guaranteed we would have no further problems. It's now 11 months after that repair job and the rocks have begun falling off again -- one nearly hit my wife and I as we sat on our patio. He is now refusing to even come back and look at the catastrophe he created. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
