Such friendly and helpful people every time I visit. They have an automotive department, a greenhouse in the summer and just a little bit of everything to rent.

Prices are too high and the staff is not knowledgeable about their products. The workers don't even greet you when you come in and they lurk around like you're trying to steal something so it's not even pleasant trying to browse. Don't expect the right car part either. You also have to load your own lumber while they stand there a d watch you struggle. Will never go back. I'll just go to Ace Hardware on Hwy 47.

customer servies is awful. you don't even get much of a "hello can i help you" at the door if one at all! they just look when you come in. there was no one walking the aisles to see if i needed help. and i had to wait for a long time for some one to call someone to the parts counter. and everything i touched was covered in dust! i know it's a hardware store but come on! the place used to be nice and people were helpful but it's definately gone downhill.
