William Valput Jr. is a PREDATORY LENDER!!!! He takes advantage of low to middle class clients who do not quite understand the undertaking of both signing his "lease/land contract" nor the implications of it. He is constantly refinances houses so you will always have him and appraisers going in and out of your home. I have personally spoke with him about how excited he is around income tax time because he will be able to in his words "Rope in a few more welfare bums..."...DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL REGRET IT!!
