If I could rate this rip-off attorney without any stars whatsoever, I would. This jerk, David Jividen, took a $10,000 retainer from us and then went AWOL. Meanwhile, our family was made to suffer enormously, including false imprisonment. This attorney never answered our phone calls never made arrangements for a preliminary arraignment or addressed the legal issues for which we hired him. When we finally caught up with him, he filed a stupid pleading that later our new attorney said was a total waste of time. The judge overseeing it agreed, and laughed it out of court. Nonetheless, Jividen insisted on keeping $7,000 for this two- page piece of nonsense. Don't believe the hype. Jividen is a legend in his own mind. That's his main accomplishment.

Dave Jividen represented me in a consumer case. His work was excellent and timely. I was extremely satisfied with the outcome. He worked diligently and would not quit until I received a fair settlement. I would highly recommend this knowledgeable, caring and able law firm.

Ineffective counsel. Will do what ever is in the best interest of his firm, not his client. STAY AWAY
