FIRST TIME CUSTOMER, STOPPED IN FOR A REGULAR MAINTENACE INSPECTION, JOHN THE SERVICE WRITER WAS GREAT, EXPLAINED TO ME MY CARS NEEDS, WHAT I THOUGHT WOULD BE SOMETHING DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND, HE BROKE IT DOWN SO SIMPLE. GREAT PLACE, VERY CLEAN.

Ive lived in wheeling 20 years, always feared gas station service centers. Last week my vehicle started shaking and would not move, an emergency i pulled into the gas station. The manager behind the counter was a huge juice head, who quickly proved all my fears of gas station centers wrong. He not only was very professional, he made me feel safe and secure. He talked to me as if he knew me my whole life. I had the best auto experience of my life, my vehicle runs great, my repairs were explained in away i understood, and i feel like i meet a new friend. Im a new customer for life. The only fault i found was my own, thats because i didnt have the nerve to ask for john's phone number. Im sending all my friends.

I've taken my car here a couple of times over the years for various upkeep and maintenance issues. This particular time had to do with a simple break repair, but became all about the Passlock System acting up on my 2003 Pontiac Grand Am, a problem that should have been recalled by GM. But that's another story. The breaks were repaired the same day, but the PL System malfunctioned and prevented the car from starting once off the lift. The car was ready to be picked up at 5, the shop closes at 6, and a couple of mechanics, including John and Brian, stayed until 7:30 when at last the car fired up again. Brian reassembled the dashboard within minutes, and I was back on the road again. John offered to give me a lift home or even pay for a rental should the car not have come back to life. To top it off, he called me the next morning to see how the car was running.Top service. An endangered animal in customer service today.

Service was very good. Fixed my brakes, muffler, and rotated tires no problem. They we able to give me a ride back to work as they worked on the car.The only thing which turned me off was when I went to pay, I had filled out the form for their whatever fan club which would give me 10% off. They wouldn't do it for the current repair. I ended up not joining. But within a week I got a letter in the mail saying they would give me 10% off my next service, but that offer expired within a couple of weeks. Duh, my car was just serviced there, I'm not going to bring it back in within a month when I don't have any more service needs.

I called in for a price for very simple assist. I wanted to bring a wheel in to them, just to have someone take 90 seconds to release the bead of the tire from the rim, so I could replace valve stems. I was told they were too "busy" to bother with that, for any price. Terrible service, and rude to boot.

most honest mechanics i ever met, they fixed my car when 2 other shops couldnt, these guys are great!
